Ortiz Tool is skilled in precision CNC machining with tight tolerance component programs that meet the stringent requirements of our customers in the aerospace industry. We understand that quality and on-time delivery are crucial. As such, Ortiz Tool has the staff, facility and services needed to meet our clients’ rigorous manufacturing demands.

Our modern facility has the equipment and control processes necessary to manufacture many aerospace components. We are ISO 9001 and AS 9100 certified. We employ a highly experienced staff of aerospace machinists, as well as an experienced quality control team that is intimately familiar with aerospace quality protocols and specifications.

Our envelope of milled and turned components includes a variety of sizes and shapes including aerospace products such as flanges, couplings, sleeves, bushings, and housings. We machine parts from solids, castings and forgings in a variety of aerospace materials: Inconel, aluminum, cold roll steel, stainless steel, titanium, Monel, and Hastelloy. Many of our machined parts require anodizing, heat treating, coatings, lubricants, some assembly, or additional services. Our ERP/MRP software makes integration of these types of processing both manageable and efficient.

In addition to our extensive aerospace manufacturing capabilities, managing LTAs is a core competency of Ortiz Tool. We offer a complete product management solution and can provide everything from engineering support to prototyping to production.
